Hello, my name is Kathryn Gray (ABN 56716 371 205) and I provide business consulting services for purpose-driven business, focusing on strategy and storytelling to help you inspire and grow towards your vision.
My intention is to help you develop compelling business planning, narratives and mindset, in ways that are strategic, streamlined and sustainable, for your growth and impact. I aim to enable your vision, help you gain clarity and remove barriers to achieving your purpose, offer tools for innovation and ease, and always work with integrity to create value.

These are the Terms and Conditions you need to be aware of when purchasing the Clear & On Purpose package. Please take a moment to read this page carefully as it sets out your important rights and obligations, and I care about making sure we both know where we stand. When you use my services you agree that you are over the age of 18 and willing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree, you should notify me immediately so we can discuss your concerns.
No modification of these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless in writing and agreed upon by both Parties.
My services are offered in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
Scope of services to be delivered
These Terms and Conditions relate to delivering Clear & On Purpose packages, and any additional services agreed upon in recent meetings and emails. Such additional services can be negotiated during or after the Clear & On Purpose sessions, as needs and opportunities become apparent.
This packaged has been designed for purposeful entrepreneurs, founders and creative changemakers with a business idea - to help you develop lean strategy and your growth mindset to take action towards success on your terms. It includes:
Clarity Review - We meet face-to-face or via Zoom for 1 hour to map out your WHY & strategic foundations. You receive a 2-page summary document & online toolkit to help you take action ($195)
Opportunity Audit - I research strategic opportunities we have agreed to target (etc funding, competition, partnerships). We review together over Zoom for 1 hour. You receive an actionable overview with tips & tools to get started ($475)
Strategic & Mindset support - Email, social media and phone support between sessions (complementary)
Bespoke Workshop - Customised 1:1 or small team workshop, to deep dive into entrepreneurial ideation, problem-solving design or targeted training (with up to 3 people), for 3 hours. You receive tips, tools & actionable report ($2000)
Option for discounted additional 1:1 Appointments at $97/hour and application/report editing support at $90/hour.
Complementing these sessions and bespoke support, you gain actionable reports and tools to help you take strategic action.
Once purchasing the one-off package, and following each session to fine-tune opportunities for our next work together, you will receive prompts to book subsequent sessions. All sessions are to take place within eight weeks, but if you wish to modify this timeframe please do email me regarding your goals and deadlines.
The Clear & On Purpose package commence when booking has been made with acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, and will be valid for up to six months. I will be glad to discuss further opportunities to work together, and will suggest possibilities arising.
Within this timeframe, services, fees as well as Terms & Conditions may be updated - you will be kept up to date with such changes. You can expect the same services and fees within the package timeframe you have booked, and have the opportunity to consider any new arrangements or special offers for future packages.
If you need to delay or pause our Clear & On Purpose sessions, please let me know in writing so mutually-beneficial plans can be arranged. Any Clear & On Purpose sessions you have purchased but are yet to utilise will lapse within six months of purchase, unless we have negotiated an extension in writing.
You or I may adjust package timelines or terminate our work together for any reason with 30 days written notice to the other party, and a partial refund for work yet to be delivered may be arranged.
Delivery of Services
I will deliver these services via meetings, email and text message, and cloud collaboration tools, as detailed below.
Meetings - via Zoom cloud video-conferencing, or phone or face-to-face meetings can be arranged where convenient for both parties. Please ensure you have downloaded Zoom onto your computer in good time before the meeting. It is a simple platform to use for our meetings, with or without an account, and here are links to download Zoom and for technical advice. I will call you and, if we have face technical glitches, will ring your preferred phone number.
Email - you can expect me to send you meeting agendas or preparatory questions, follow ups and summaries of proposed next steps, and other project updates and queries. I am happy to respond to your queries via email or to arrange a call if that is easier.
Phone and text - you can contact me via 0433 958 787. I may not always be available to answer or respond immediately, but always aim to get back to you in reasonable time.
Online collaboration tools - we can easily store our documents and work together with Google Drive, Asana or Dropbox. These are set up for collaborative work between sessions, and to be handed over for your exclusive management after services have been delivered. By default I will start a Google folder and live documents in Drive and share these access details with you, unless you advise another platform preference. Please let me know if you prefer other platforms, as I aim to work with you as seamlessly as possible and so will consider adopting the tools you are use.
If you need to change or cannot make your meeting appointment, please contact me as early as possible so we can reschedule.
Please be aware that I work part time. I always try to answer your message within 36 hours, at least to acknowledge it and give an idea of when I will be able to provide a more comprehensive response.
This disclaimer relates to the services described within these Terms & Conditions.
My services are developed through negotiation with you and situational analyses to best meet your brief. I am careful to provide valuable and accurate information, as is relevant for your aims and situation, but I cannot be responsible for the use that you make of that information.
I will take all care to deliver agreed outcomes within the timelines set out within these Terms and Conditions. However if I become aware of options that may be more beneficial to you, or changes necessary due to circumstances outside our control, I will notify you in writing as soon as possible so we can negotiate potential scope variations.
My services draw on current Master of Business Administration studies at Deakin University; previous Master of Visual Arts studies with a Thesis on Narrative achieved at Sydney University; board governance and strategic planning experience; extensive experience in the cultural industries, government and non-profit agencies, and with education and community organisations; as well as ongoing commitment to advance my skills across contemporary business and marketing practices.
You should always use your own judgement regarding the relevance of information provided, and rely on your own priorities, knowledge and research. You should always seek independent advice should you have specific legal or financial queries, or require other expertise in relation to services offered here.
Should you wish to consider any changes to services, outcomes or timelines, you should notify me in writing as soon as possible so we can negotiate potential scope variations.
Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify me for any damage or loss that might occur while we are working together. If you have any doubts at all about any issue that might arise, you agree that you will conduct your own research and make your own fully informed decision about what is best for you.
In no event shall I be liable to you for costs, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided in relation to it. If this clause is unenforceable for any reason, my total cumulative liability for all causes of action of any kind shall not exceed the total amount you have paid me for my services.
Enabling Enterprise materials and resources that I provide to you are protected by copyright. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied or shared in any way without my written consent.
You will hold intellectual property for materials that I develop for you as part of these services.
With your permission I may collect relevant information to deliver my services, such as business planning documents, marketing analytics data, financial reporting and access details. This is to inform effective analysis, recommendations and evaluation.
If necessary, I will request relevant information via email. Your information will be stored securely and kept completely confidential. It will not be shared with anyone or ever used for marketing.
FORMS OF PAYMENT - Directly through Acuity booking form is preferred, or Bank deposit, Paypal or Stripe payment may be negotiated, thank you.
CURRENCY & GST - Australian dollars, non-GST registered.
CHANGE OF MIND
I offer a full 100% satisfaction guarantee to clients who change their mind within 14 days. After this timeframe, if you are not satisfied with services delivered or the agreed scope of these Terms and Conditions, please advise within 14 days so we can discuss your concerns and find a win-win solution.
I will solve minor problems within a reasonable timeframe, such as:
Internet or technical difficulties that interrupt a meeting
Short-term illnesses that prevent you or me from attending a meeting
Short-term childcare disruptions that prevent me from attending a meeting or delay my follow-up.
To remedy such minor problems I will offer solutions free-of-charge, for instance rescheduling or a replacement service.
A major problem is one that that cannot be fixed or is too difficult to fix, that would have prevented you from purchasing if you had known about it in advance.
You should contact me immediately if you think there is a major problem with my services. I will request you email me about the issue, and we will arrange a meeting to discuss the matter and whether feasible solutions may be available.
If you become aware of a major problem and discuss this with me within 14 days booking your Clear & On Purpose package, and we cannot find a mutually-beneficial solution, I will offer you a refund for my services minus a 5% administrative fee.
CANCELLATION OF Services
You should contact me immediately if you are considering cancelling the Clear & On Purpose services.
I offer a full 100% satisfaction guarantee to clients who change their mind within 14 days. After this timeframe, if you are not satisfied with services delivered or the agreed project scope, please advise within 14 days so we can discuss your concerns and possible solutions. If a win-win solution is not feasible, I will offer a partial refund for the portion of work is yet to be delivered minus a 5% administrative fee.
Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
My business is located in NSW. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the governing law of NSW.
If you have any issue or complaint arising out of your use of my services or these Terms and Conditions, we agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute by negotiation and discussion within 14 days, the parties must proceed to mediation with the assistance of an accredited mediator who is independent of the parties. The mediator is to be appointed by Agreement of the parties or, failing Agreement within twenty-one (21) days of the first notification of the dispute, by a person appointed by the Chair of Resolution Institute, (ACN 008 651 232, Level 2, 13-15 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000;telephone: 02 9251 3366, email: email@example.com) or the Chair’s designated representative. The Resolution Institute Mediation Rules shall apply to the mediation. We agree to share the costs of mediation equally between us.
It is a condition precedent to the right of either party to commence litigation other than for interlocutory relief that it has first offered to submit the dispute to mediation. Litigation is to be considered a last resort and may not be commenced until, in the opinion of the independent mediator, the potential for negotiation and mediation have been exhausted.
